St. has been without a permanent pastor since June when the Rev. R. A. Kettenacker left for Marshall, Wis.

The pastors on the staff at Onalaska Luther High School have been serving the congregation in the interim. The Rev. Mr. Sievert is a native of Watertown. He attended high school at Northwestern Prep there and graduated from the college department of Northwestern in 1958.

He attended Oshkosh State University and in 1963 was granted the bachelor of divinity degree from the Lutheran Seminary in Mequon. He has taught at Northwestern Lutheran Academy, Mobridge. S.D.; Northwestern Prep and at David Star Lutheran School, Jackson. He was ordained July 19, 1964, at Montrose, and has served there since that time. He also began a mission congregation at St.

Cloud, and has served the students at St. Cloud State College since 1965. The Rev. Mr. wife, the former Jean Ihde of Fort Atkinson, has taught elementary school in La Crosse, Montrose and Delano.
