A coroner's jury has ruled that the death Tuesday of Lester J. Thorne. 59, a patient at Willmar State Hospital, was a suicide. The jury said Thorne, formerly of St. Paul, was killed when he darted in front of a truck driven by Gerald Dyer, 52, of Miller, S.D.
