Two HOPES TAR, HOPE, ARKANSAS Thutsdoy, Sepfeftbet 7, 1961 Contract Let for County Rood Paving LITTLE ROCK TAP) the Arkansas Highway Commission today received apparent low bids totaling $6,151.670 in 19 road nnd bridge projects. Most of the projects were relatively small. The largest was for grading and structures on Interstate 40 from Morgan Community to Crystal Hill in Pulaski County. The apparent low bid was 1,500,957 by AIcGeorge Construe tion Co. of Pine Bluff and Forsgren Brothers of Fort Smith.

Bids also were opened for reconstruction of Highway 270 east of the junction with Highway 71 and rebuilding of Highway 64 between Alma and Big Mulberry Creek.
