appeared as a government witness last week denied claims But on Tuesday a retired Portland weather forecaster disputed claim that he was at the Delaware seashore when the Paris meetings occurred to the child The woman filed suit because of the "disaster" resulting from a reunion with her daughter lawyer Jay Inslee said what happened here is a lot of people got Department of Social and Health Services caseworkers assured the woman in 1981 that her name would never be made available her daughter The mother was 18 at the time and said she was pressured by her father to give up the child But in 1988 a secretary failed to block out the woman's name in a report sent to the daughter Assistant Attorney General Stewart A Johnston said The daughter found her mother in Yakima County The mother had since married and discovered she could not have any more children Inslee said She and her husband adopted a child in 1980 and since the reunion with the natural daughter family relations are strained Inslee said "So I have a sister and you gave her away?
