H. Hopf Company, Leonard and Barrows and the United States Rubber company, all creditors of the Uniontown Shoe company. Following the filing of the petition yesterday afternoon Judge Umbel has been landing troops on Belgian soil, via England and Scotland, reached here today when Dr. Daniel Elliott, of Newark, N. a passenger on the steamship Cedric, declared he witnessed a movement of troop trains conveying Russians through Englang.

The Ctedric arrived from Liverpool with 1,450 passengers including many American refugees. Dr. Elliott would not say In what part of England he was when he saw the troop trains.
