Algona <lo.) Of>p«r De» Mdinet- Monday, F«b. 21,19*6 John Kellner, St. Benedict, 95 Years Young On Feb. 15, a very happy family gathering and dinner was held at the John Kellner home at St. Benedict. The occasion was Mr. Kellner's 95th birthday and his two sons and six daughters were present to help celebrate. They included Mrs. Frances Godfredsen, San Bernardino, Calif., Matt of Stewartsville, Minn., Vincent of Adams, Minn., (Rosalia) Mrs. George Ama, Dexter, Minn., (Marcella) Mrs. Lawrence Recker, Alta Vista, la., (Catherine) Mrs. Matt Bormann> Algona, (Susan) Mrs. Mike Arndorfer and (Marie) Mrs. Roman Thill of St. Benedict with whom Mr. Kellner makes his home. This is the first time In thirteen years that all have been together. Others who called on Mr. Kellner on his birthday included Rev. N. Ruba, St. Benedict, Mrs. Clara Kohlhaas, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bonnann, Mrs. Art Benschoter, Algona, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Becker, Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Reding, Mrs. Lawrence Thilges, St. Joe, Ray and Tom Becker, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Cruise, Wesley, Kenneth and Mattie Kellner, Stewartsville, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Don Bormann, LuVerne, Mrs. Mark Bernhard, Fenton, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Tigges, Lone Rock, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Arndorfer, Mallard, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Arndorfer, Corwith, Marie Thill, Minneapolis, Minn., and August Bauman, Lakota. Mr. Kellner has 45 grandchildren and 63 great-grand" children. Mrs. Godfredsen has returned to her home in California, but Matt Kellner is spending several weeks visiting with his father.
