(13*) LEGALS THE MEETING OF THE COUNTY BOARDS OF EDUCATION OF KOSSUTH & PALO ALTO COUNTIES, IOWA In the Matter of the SENTRAL COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT of Kossuth & Palo Alto Counties, Iowa. FINAL ORDER RULING ON OBJECTIONS AND FIXING BOUNDARIES FOR THE PROPOSED SCHOOL CORPORATION. BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 17th day of January, 1966, a petition was filed with the County Superintendent of Schools of Kossuth County, Iowa, affecting all the lands within the present Sentral Community School District in the Countir-s c; Kossuth and Palo Alto, State of Iowa, and involving lands within a portion of the Lotts Creek Rural Independent School District of Kossuth County, Iowa, signed by the requisite number of voters in each district or portion thereof, supported by affidavits attesting to the fact that there were the requisite number of signers in each district or portion thereof, namely Sentral Community School District, showing separately the number of signers in Kossuth and Palo Alto Counties; and that portion of Lotts Creek Rural Independent School District proposed to be added. That said petition as filed, asked the formation of a Community School District to be designated as the Sentral Community School District and to include lands within Kossuth and Palo Alto Counties, Iowa. That, within ten days after said petition was filed, the County Superintendent of Schools of Kossuth County, Iowa, did fix final date, time, and place for filing objections and the time and place of the meeting of the joint boards of education of Kossuth and Palo Alto Counties, Iowa, for the purpose of holding a hearing on said objections. The time and place for filing objections was fixed at 12 o'clock noon on the 9th day February, 1966, at the office of the County Superintendent of Schools at Algona, Kossuth County, Iowa. The time and place of hearing on said objections was fixed at 7:30 o'clock P. M. February 9, 1966, in the assembly room of the Kossuth County Court House at Algona, Iowa, and notice thereof was duly given by one publication in the Algona Upper Des Moines newspaper published in Algona and In circulation within the area described. This notice appeared in the issue of January 27, 1966, of the Algona Upper Des Moines newspaper. M. on the 9th day of February, 1966, for a hearing on legally filed objections. That said boards acting as a joint board finds that all provisions of Section 275 of the 1962 Code of Iowa as amended have been complied with fully and strictly prior to this hearing. That said joint boards then proceeded to the hearing on objections. Objections were filed pursuant to said notice by Lawrence and Herlinda Klrsch, Robert L. Pingel and Edmund and Frances O'Brien.
