TSfil Taylorville, July 16.--Mrs L*na Willhite, formerly Lena Bechham, filed suit for divorce against her husband, William 'Winhlte. Sha charges him with cruelty, drunkenness and non-support. They were married in Taylorville in 1907 and separated In 1513. Mrs. WillhHe is bringing suit as a poor person and the county will pay the bill. !,. G. Grundy Is her attorney. She does not know just where her husbcnd is at the present time. DIES FOLLOWING STROKE. Mrs. Isabella Berry died Wednesday ,ight at 11.35 o'clock at her home on outh Main street, from the effects of paralytic stroke. Last Sunday she ripped on a rug in the dining room nd broke her hip and has been suf- ering ever since. Mrs. Berrv was born in Pennsylvania iphty-three years ago. She came to Christian county and settled in Johnon township in 1S4S and in 18-53 she married Thomas Berry. He has been lead for a number of years. She is urvived by her two sons. Henry of Oklahoma, and John of Taylorville. One daughter. Mary, is dead. She al?o ad four grandchilciren and five great grandchildren.
