Page Six (Section Two)' Group Hears Housing Talk BUCKEYE, Feb. 19—The Rev. Emmett McLoughlin, pastor of Father Emmett's Mission, executive head of the Phoenix Housing Authority and president of the Southwestern Housing Association, was the guest speaker at the Buckeye Chamber of Commerce luncheon today in Odd Fellows Hall. Father Emmett discussed the housing project in Phoenix, its merits, cost, and social and economic benefits to the community. The chamber passed a resolution unanimously urging the Buckeye council to appoint a housing authority committee. Joe Blazer, chamber president, appointed Ralph Watkins, L. D. McDonald and Fred Johnson as a committee to investigate the possibilities of a housing project in Buckeye. Guests at the meeting were Howard Lockway, James Morris, and Ray Lee, all of the Phoenix Police Department, and Jesse McNutt of Wheeling, W. Va. Charles R.
