It's a method of turning a wire coat hanger into a doubly-useful object by equipping it with a couple of sachets. The sachets will impart a pleasant fragrance to any garmet hung upon the hanger (Figure 2). There are various ways of attaching the sachets, depending upon the size and shape and the material of which they are made. The best sachets for this purpose are small cloth containers filled with any material that will provide fragrance. Such sachets can be attached to the hanger by means of needle and thread. One sachet should bo placed near each end of the hanger as in Figure 1. If your sachets are small paper envelopes filled with a fragrant substance, the sachets may be clipped to the wire hanger by means of a stapling machine. The important thing is to attach them securely so they won't be detached from the hanger when the garmet is removed. If you find that the project works satisfactorily, call it to Mother's attention and she will perhaps allow you to attach sachets to other hangers -round the house.
