A Clute police car, cnroute o the scene, was involved in a [wo-car accident that left no injuries, but did extensive damage to the police vehicle. The Injured workmen are Billie Paul Richards. 20, of Lake Jackson, and Dave Handy, address not available OUs morning. According to a Ctute police officer, Richards was taken to Community Hospital by Lake Jackson Emergency car with what was described as a bruised hip. Handy was taken to the same hospital by private vehicle with an apparent sprained wrist. Both were treated and released.
