Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p. m. at the Methodist church at Clear Lake, with the Rev Warren Hubbard officiating. Interment will be at the Clear Lake cemetery. The Major funeral home in charge. UL1N, Pvt. Robert V., was killed when the Liberty Cargo ship carrying troops to France was torpedoed in the English channel, June 29. 1944. Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p. m. at the Major Memorial chapel, with Doctor Lloyd A. Gustatson. pastor of the First Methodist church officiating.
