Serve Double Ring Salads By GAYNOR 3IADDOX Here's a beautiful double-ring wedding salad in harmony with a double-ring ceremony. Wedding Ring Molds Aspic Layers: Two envelopes unfavored gelatin, 1 cup cold tomato juice, 2Vi cups hot tomato juice, y2 teaspoon salt, ys teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Sprinkle gelatin on cold tomato juice to soften. Add hot tomato juice and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in salt, pepper and lemon juice. Divide mixture in half; pour into 2 5-cup ring molds. Chill until almost firm.
