Clarion Begins March of Dimes Clarion _ Robert Kay has been named chairman of the Wright county 1949 March of Dimes committee for funds to combat infantile paralysis. The campaign will start Friday and continue until Jan. 31. Last year's contributions in the county amounted to $1,400. According to Mr. Kay there were 20 cases in the county in 1948 and only 5 in the previous year. Inspect New Church Alexander — The Rev. Earl Heart and the building committee of the Methodist church of Gilmore City were in town Monday to inspect the Community Methodist church which is nearly complete. Billings Rites Held Eagle Grove—Funeral services for Roy Billings, 63, were conducted by the Rev. H. G. Dawes at the Kastler funeral home Tuesday afternoon.
