Blend in soup, milk, nnd three-fourths cup cheese and pepper. In one and one- hfllf quart casserole arrange layers of potatoes, meat, onion and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. SPANISH CASSEROLE Ruby llartar** Bratoria 2 Ibs, hamburger I small onion, chopped I can cream of chicken soup t can cream of mushroom soup I can enchaladn sauce "s Ib. Cheddar cheese J'a pkg. com tortillas Drown hamburger in one Tablespoon shortening. Stir in chopped onions. Add soups and sauce. Cook five minutes. Cut 18 tortillas in strips, put layers of tortillas and layers of sauce in large casserole dish. Add in layers until alt ingredients used. Bake at 373 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for five minutes. Serve with Spanish rice and beans, if desired.
