LINDA ELLINOR graduated from Au- gustana College in Rock Island with a bachelor of arts degree In elementary education. She will be teaching in the Earlvllle School this fall. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Ellinor of Lanark. PHILLIP PERRY, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth W. Perry, 840 W. Homer .St.. graduated from Western Illinois University at Macomb with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major In finance. He has begun graduate studies at Western. JERRY MANTHEI, son of Mr. and Mrs. Neal Manthel of Freeport Route 3, has been awarded a bachelor of science degree and commissioned a second lieutenant upon graduation from the Air Force Academy. He majored in geography. - ~~ EDWIN BRADLEY graduated from the University of Illinois. College of Law and is establishing a practice, in Luray, Va. He Is the son of the- Rev. and Mrs. Edwin Bradley of St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Freeport. He Is married to the former Zena Holloway. LINDA GITZ has received a master of arts degree in speech pathology from Western Illinois University at Macomb. She will teach in the fall in the Winnebago School District. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul GItz, Freeport Route 2. CATHY MEIER received a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from Colorado State University at Ft. Collins. She is taking nine months' Internship in hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Montana, Wisconsin and California. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barney Meier, 1208 W. Stephenson St. SUSAN. MAASKE .received her bachelor of arts degree in education from Cartilage College at Kenosha, Wis. Her major fields of study were elementary education and special education.'Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Maaske of Orangevttle. SHARI BITZ, daughter,of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Bltz, 1208 S. School Ave., received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxvllle. She graduated with high honors and is working on her master's degree at the University of Illinois. JAMES McCOOL, son of Dr. and Mrs. VanDyke McCool of Warren received his doctor of dental surgery degree from Northwestern University Dental School at Evanston. He is employed at Northwestern Wesley and Passavant hospitals and will associate In a general practice in Niles. His wife, the former Mary Taufmann, will work on her master's at Northwestern this fall. RONALD BANGASSER, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bangasser, 1314 W. Lincoln Blvd., received his doctor of medicine degree from the Chicago Medical ; School and will begin a three-year residency in family practice in San Bernardino, Calif. His wife, Susan, received her doctorate in biochemistry from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and will begin her postdoctorate fellowship at the Cancer Research Center, Duarte, Calif. Other Graduates Archie Bakerink, a former Freeport resident,-received his juris doctor .degree from Humphreys College School of Law in Stockton, Calif. The son of Mrs. Ruby Bakerink of Tracy, Calif., and the late Gail Bakerink, he was treasurer of the student bar association. He and his family live ui Manteca, Calif. Dorinda DeWall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry'DeWall of Forreston, graduated from Rutgers University with a master of librarjr science degree, : .-She -will be a certified librarian and is head of JO branches within the Jersey City, N.J./free public library system. She will order and program adult and children's books. She is also public relations person in the community service department. , Gary Schmidt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Schmidt of rural Milledgeville, received his bachelor of arts degree cum laude in communication-action, specializing in environmental education at the University of Wisconsin, at Green Bay. He is employed as a specialist in the university's individualized learning program of the University Without Walls. Samuel McNeilly, son of Mr. and Mrs, John McNeilly, 710 S.' Ottawa Aye., received a B,S>. degree V pharmacy and his wife, the former Janice Stal of Georgetown, earned a B.S; degree in nursing from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
