1 St. Paul Returns Koch to Office Statesman News Service ST. PAUL--Larry Koch was unanimously reelected mayor of St. Paul in Tuesday's municipal election. For city councilmen Russ Smith.

Carl Kirsch, Pete Bernards and George Bernards were elected for one year terms of office. Russ Smith In and George Bernards will be serving their second year as councilmen. Ted McKillip was reelected city recorder. Pete Koch replaces Raymond treasurer, while Ri- chard Gooding takes Norman Ber. nards' position as city, marshall.
