CITY The Arizona Republic March 28, Juan Soza resident of Tempe 85 years TEMPE-Juan Soza, 91, a native of Florence who lived 85 years in Tempe where he was a boyhood friend of former Sen. Carl Hayden, died Wednesday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Phoenix. Mr. Soza, 1121 S.

Rural BRADFORD COLE Cole services are today Bradford Cole, 60, who had been in radio 25 years and an announcer the past year for station KDOT here, died Tuesday in John C. Lincoln Hospital. Mr. Cole, 1526 E. Desert Park, was on the staff of radio KTKN in Alaska 12 years before moving to Phoenix 3 years ago.

He was a member of an Elks lodge in Ketchikan, Alaska. He was born in Roanoke, Va. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Hansen 8314 N. Seventh St.

Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Glendale. Survivors include his wife, Alice; two daughters, Caron and Carol Cole, both of Long Beach, and one grandchild. Charles H. Seals Services for Charles H. Seals, 71, a retired machine operator who came here in 1942 from Sylacauga, will be at 9 a.m.

tomorrow in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas. Mr. Seals, 2611 E. Southern, died Monday in St.

Luke's Hospital. Born in Alabama, he was a Baptist church member. Survivors include his wife, Thelma, and two sisters in Alabama. Burial will be Greenwood Cemetery. Joseph Maley MESA Joseph Maley, 82, a steel worker in East Chicago, before moving here 23 years ago, died Wednesday in Mesa Southside Hospital.

Mr. Maley, 44 S. Barkley, was born in Yugoslavia and came to the United States 65 years ago. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Larry J.

Melcher Mortuary, 43 S. Stapley. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Helen; a son, Milton Duca of Scottsdale; and two grandchildren. Implied consent bill signing today Gov.

Williams said yesterday he will sign at 10:30 a.m. today the law requiring suspected drunken drivers to take chemical tests. The bill when it becomes effective Nov. 1, assumes that the motorist implies, as a condition of receiving a drivers license, his consent for testing for alcohol should he be arrested as a drunken driving suspect. Keller PRESCOTT Funeral mass for Harold Lawrence Keller, 62, who died in Yavapal Community Hospital Tuesday, will be at noon today in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in St. Maurice Cemetery at Morrisonville, Ill. Mr. Keller was a tool and die maker until retiring about' a year ago when he moved to Chino Valley near Prescott from Granada Hill, Calif.

He had been employed by Bendix Aviation Corp. for a number of years. Surviving are a sister, Miss Therese Keller, Phoenix, two other sisters out of state. Ruffner Funeral Home handled arrangements. John O'Hair, long-time Arizona rancher John H.

O'Hair, 77, who had been a rancher and livestock dealer in Arizona since, 1937, died yesterday in St. Joseph's Hospital. Mr. 0'Hair maintained an office at 5001 E. Washington and lived at 1668 W.

Glendale. He moved to Phoenix from San and owned ranches in the Flagstaff and Williams area. He was born in Paris, Ill. Services will be at 5 p.m. tomorrow in the Church of the Beatitudes, 555 W.

Glendale. Cremation will follow. A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary made arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Helen; two daughters, Mrs. C. P. Stephens of Pacific Palisades, and Mrs. William Patrick of New Canaan, a son, John IV of Washington; a sister in Los WINSLOW Services for Archibald "Art" C.

Hendry, 80, who died in a Laguna Beach, hospital, will be at Scott Funeral Home at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Burial, with Masonic services, will be in Desert View Cemetery. Mr. Hendry came to Winslow in 1922.

Mr. Garcia, a native of San Jose, died Wednesday in Tucson Medical Center. He was injured in a traffic accident 1 mile west of Safford Saturday morning. He moved to Geronimo when he was 4 years old, attended Ft. Thomas schools and was graduated in 1962.

He attended Eastern Arizona College and Santa Ana Junior College in California. He had been a Safford resident for the past 3 years. He was employed as a truck driver for Boyle's Brothers Drilling Co. here. Surviving are his wife, Esther; a son, Joseph Mike; his parents, Mr.

and Mrs. Fred Garcia 1 Ft. Thomas; a brother, Albert, Tucson; three sisters, Mrs. Dahlia Hodges, Mrs. Tina Burrell and Mrs.

Riker SUN CITY--John E. Riker, 70, a retired mechanical enand a member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church here, died yesterday after a long illness in 'his home, 9921 Peoria Ave. Mr. Riker came to Phoenix in 1954 from Lebanon, Ohio, lived in City since 1966 moved to stir Glendale and had where he was a member of the Cactus Weavers Guild.

He was born in Corbin, Ky. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in the church, 10233 W. Peoria Ave. Cremation will follow.

Mott TEMPE Richard C. Mott, 74, a retired railway mail clerk, died Wednesday in Tucson VA Hospital. Mr. Mott, 600 W. University Drive, moved to Tempe in 1951 from Mesa.

Born in St. Paris, Ohio, he came to Mesa in 1946 from West Jefferson, Ohio. He was an Army veteran of World War I in France. Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Carr Mortuary, 26 E.
