Stobbe A celebration of life is today for Ramona B. Stobbe, who died Sunday at her home in Lincoln. She was 88. A native of Vermillion, Alberta, Canada, she lived in Felton for 44 years.

She was a member of Creative Living and the League for Nursing Home Reform. She owned her own advertising and publishing company for 30 years in Daly City, and served 11 The Associated Press RAMONA STOBBE PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti Former Haitian exile Gerard Latortue was sworn in Friday as the country's prime minister, promising to unite the country after months of bloodshed and political strife that led to the ouster of President Jean-BertrandAristide. Nanez, who died Wednesday at Stanford Hospital She was 56. Born in Watsonville, she had lived in Aromas for the past 30 years. She was a member of the Aromas Community Church. She is survived by husband Edwardo Nanez of Aromas; mother Mildred Starkey of Washington; daughters Kellie Marie Nanez of Monterey and Rochelle Nanez of Aromas; brother Otha Starkey of Washington; and a granddaughter. A memorial service will be 6 p.m.

Thursday at Aromas Community Church. After cremation, her ashes will be taken to Soquel Cemetery. Contributions are preferred to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association, 7100 Woodside Suite 311, Markham, Ontario, Canada L3R5J2. Lillian C. McCoy A celebration of life will be March 20 for Lillian C.

McCoy, who died Feb. 29 in Springfield, 111. She was 90. Born in Decatur, Mrs. McCoy Leslie Voltaire said.

Robert I Ward on April 7, 1946. They were fortunate to have traveled through out the world with their 3 children, Gregory Ward, Dee Dee (Ward) Gardner, and Geoffrey Ward. After retiring from the USAF in 1964, the family began their California residency in Cupertino, California, until she retired and moved to Scotts Valley, California, where Ann lived out the rest of her life. She was an extremely talented technical illustrator and artist lending her talents In the design of many rockets and satellites for the space industry. Over the years, she worked for the Sandia General Electric Ford Aero-Space, Stanford Linear Accelerator, and TRWESL.

Ms. Ward is survived by in California by her son, Gregory Ward and wife Elena, of Redwood City, California, son Geoffrey Ward and wife Bobbie Lynne, and grand children, Blake and Blaire Ward, all of Scotts Valley, California. She is also survived by daughter, Dee Dee (Ward) Gardner, and husband Dairrel, and grand children, Tiffanie Gardner, Payslie Jackson and husband Joe, Clayton Gardner, Cassie Rykert and husband Derric, Barbara Gardner, and six great grand children all of Utah and Illinois. In Madison, Wisconsin, she is survived by her brother Jack Ellis and wife Donna, niece Laurie, Mike and Nancy Anthony, Peg and Pete Reif and their children. Visitation was held Monday, March 8th at the Santa Cruz Memorial Park and Funeral Home, where she will be interred.

A celebration of her life for family and friends will take place at the Elks Lodge in Santa Cruz, California, Sunday, March 14th, 2004 from 2-5 pm. Born in Hollister, Mrs. Ramsey had lived in the Santa Cruz area for the past 61 years. She was an active member graduated from the University of Illinois and published the Negro Digest in Chicago with her first husband.
