Bull Got From the Clerk Larrazola Admits that He Sold the Script to the Defendant. In the preliminary hearing' of the case script had been secured by TV.

Bull of Ike Alderete against Charles Clark, charging forgery, before justice Wateon Saturday afternoon, near the close of the hearing, the Justice acvlsed Alderete that if he made another disturbance, he would have him sent to jail. Justice Watson overruled the motion, after which Larrazola was called as the first -witness for the defence. At the hearing, Clark was represented by attorney T. M. Jones. Assistant county attorney Murphy appeared for the state. Ike Alderete, who made the complaint, was the first witness on the stand and he stated that in February, J.

B. ar-razola came to his office and asked for the jury script due him. Upon investi-gatIon, the witness stated, it was dis-civered that the script had been secured by TV. B. Bull, a court stenographer, by virtue of an order bearing the name of Larrazola, but signed by Clark.

Alderete stated that he showed the order for the Jury script to Larrazola, and that Larrazola stated that the signa- ture was not his ana that he had never authorized anyone to sign an "order for script. Miss M. M. Phlmiey, cashier in the district clerk's office, produced books from the office showing that the jury informed had been grren to Mr. Bull on an order from Clark.

I told Mr. Alderete that I had never authorized anyone to sign my name for script." Upon being- recalled, Larrazola stated that he went to Alderete's office to secure the script for Clark, as he had sold it to him, and that he was not In terested in the case pending at pres- ent. Clerk on Stand. Clark was then placed on the stand in his own behalf. He stated that he had purchased the jury script from Larrazola, and also alleged that Larrazola gave him authority to sign his name to an order for the script if he (Larrazola) did not see him (Clark) within three or four days after the sale of the script.

He also said that he signed Larra-zola's namo to the order for the script in Mr. Bull's office, and gave it to Mr. Bull, as hehad borrowed money from Bull. Mr. Bull was also placed on the stand for the defense and stated that Clark had given him the order for the script.

The Santa Fe city ticket office has moved from the Mills building to the streets. Silberberg Bros, will move shortly from their location on San Antonio street, near El Paso, to the Van Blar-com building, at the southeast cornel of Mesa avenue and Texas streets.
