H. LLOYD-WILLIAMS. On Thursday. suddenly, at hi. home, the death took place of the Hey.

John Hugh Lloyd-Williams. Cellan. Llarirwat. lie was 80 years of age. Mr.

Lloyd-Williams, whose 'father was at one time head, master of tWe former "137113 School at Llanrwst (now the mineral-water works) spent his boyhood in Liverpool. He returned to Llanrwst in 1930 as pastor of Scotland Street (CM.) Chapel. retiring in 1936. the year following his death. He continued in ministerial work as a guest preacher.

For many years prior to 1930 Mr. Lloyd- Williams held. pastorate in Manchester (Moss Side) and previously wap minister Clynnog. also being in charge of a denominational preparatot school. He was a member, and one-time chairman.

Of the Llanrwat Grammar School governing body. The funeral. on Monday. was private. At the house a service was conducted by the Rev.

W. E. Thomas and at the interment at Bryn Eurau. near Clynnog. Revs.
