Motion by Cosgrove and seconded by Morris that Chas. Chulbb, Engineer, be directed to make report and survey on Lateral No. n of Drainage District No. 7. Ayes: All. Motion by Fraser and seconded by Cosgrove that a refund of $2.00 Interest and penalty be made to John Kutschara for road poll tax paid twice In Prairie township. This motion was effective April 6th, Board Meeting. Ayes: AM. Motion by Morris and seconded by Helken that a transfer of $16,500.00 be made from the county Emergency Fund to the County General Fund. Motion by Cosgrove and sffimded by Morris that the County Attorney be directed to start proceedings against the guardian of Martha Stewart for sums advanced by Kossuth county for care and keep at Stale hospital. Motion by Morris and seconded by Cosgrove that Helken make necessary repairs on Drainage Districts No. 85, No. 60, No, 108. and No. 80. Ayes: All. * Motion by Helken and seconded by Frajser that Cosgrove make necessary repairs on Drainage Districts H.K. No'. 6-87, No. 177, No. 4, and No. 20.
