The cost of this building will be $3000. M. Emilstein's apartment house of eleven rooms, Aurora street, in the Highland Park addition, is nearing completion. The apartment is being constructed by the Phoenlx-EI Paso Building company at a cost of $6500. The Anderson-Filler Investment company has Just completed a four-room modern bungalow In the 380O block on Clifton street.
