voted to adopt a housing code for Shelby County County building officials and county attorneys have worked on the new code for over a year A housing code is a requirement for participation in many against owners of delapi-dated or unsightly property said Tidwell The new code is similar to the city's code but exempts farm buildings and residences Tidwell said the primary purpose is to provide
