being built by drug lord GU-berto Ontiveros US marshals and El Paso police seized the property in October from a warehouse leased by private investigator Waltar Mollier 38 directly behind 3711 Admiral St where Mollier has his offices Mollier a former police narcotics detective and Drug Enforcement Administration trainee was arrested earlier this week with seven other individuals after being indicted on drug conspiracy and other charges The seizure a civil action taken under the Comprehensive Forfeiture Act of 1984 which allows authorities to go after the economic assets acquired through
