a year Court OKs Bond Issues TALLAHASSEE Fla (AP) The Supreme Court Thursday unanimously approved two Jacksonville Electric Authority bond issues totaling nearly $23 billion including one of $18 billion believed to be the largest municipal bond issue ever validated in Florida The $18 billion issue would be used for 80 percent share In the building of two coal-burning 600-megawatt power plants north of Jacksonville in a joint venture with Florida Power Light Co the state's largest electric utility and the fifth largest investor-owned utility in the country would pay the remaining 20 percent in exchange foe that amount of power also is committed to buying an additional 30 percent of the output from JEA giving the Miami-based company half of total output The second bond issue of $487
