Brooklyn, N. March 13.Martin W. Littleton, president of Brooklyn borough, is the first important administrative officer in New York city to indorse a project for increasing the city's water supply which has been submitted by Charles G. Armstrong, a consulting engineer.

Mr. Armstrong would rug. an immense pipe from Lake Erie, 300 miles away, to New York, in which 1,000,000,000 gallons of water would be conveyed to the city every twenty-four hours. The conduit would pass thru some of the most populous cities of the state, which, of course, would use the water and pay part of the expense. Mr.

Armstrong would reduce the pressure of 200 pounds to the inch, which he estimates would be the figure when the supply reaches the city, by running it thru waterwheels, generating power enough to light the city of New York. The cost the whole project is estimated at $150,000,000. Smoking a La Mariew cigar makes a man feel as good as when wearing a lady's sealskin turned outside innext to the skin. A long stride toward solving the mystery of curing catarrh was taken with the discovery of Hyomei. In fact, the percentage of cures by this treatment proves it equal to the final tests. The folly of taking medicine into the stomach to cure catarrh of the nose, throat and lungs, has been realized by Ehysicians, but not until Hyomei was nown, had they a practical method that would obviate stomach drugging. A complete Hyomei outfit costs out $1, and consists of a neat pocket inhaler that can be used anywhere without attracting attention, a medicine dropper and a bottle of Hyomei. Extra bottles of Hyomei cost but 50c.

Breathing Hyomei thru the inhaler, every particle of air that enters the throat and lungs, is charged with a healing balsam that soothes and allays all irritation, kills the catarrhal germs and enriches, the blood with'additional ozone.
