Birmingham woke up with one less television station today when WDBB-17 began airing programming Under an agreement effective at 4 am today Channel 17 ceased programming and will move its Birmingham offices to Tuscaloosa WDBB owner David Dubose approached Channel 21 with the proposal as a solution to financial problems The BirminghamTuscaloosa independent station lost its Fox affiliation to WTTO
