Sunday at the Pleasant Grove Nursing Home in Paris. She had been at the home six years. Funeral services are pending with Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home. Mrs. Campbell was born Dec.

14,1887, in the Sunshine Community of Fanru'n County, a daughter of the late W. G. Lee and Betty Arnold Lee. 'She married John T. Campbell, who preceded her death in July, 1927.

Survivors include one son, John M. Campbell of Ulyess, one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jewel Campbell of Texarkana; five grandchildren; ad several great- grandchildren. Mrs. James Arbuckte Oklahoma News Bureau ANTLERS, Okla.

Mrs. James (Florence) Mae Arbuckle, 72, of Moyers died Saturday night in Pushmataha County Hospital in Antlers. Funeral services are set for 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Church at Jumbo with the Rev. Jimmy Heath officiating.

Burial will be in the Jumbo Cemetery' in charge of Mills Funeral Home of. Antlers. Mrs. Arbuckle was a native of Kaufman County Texas, born Sept. 13, 1903 and had lived in the Antlers and Moyers areas 16 years.

She was retired mail carrier. She is survived by her husband James, two Mrs. Carol Wright of Burkburnett, Tex. and Mrs. Laura Burroughs of Howell, Tex.

Six grandchildren and one great- grandchild and eight brothers and sisters also survive including Robert Goodwin of Greenville, Mrs. Patsy Vance and Mrs. Lena Wheatherford, of Lone Oak, Mrs. Lonnte Roten Sum her man injured in two-car crash i i i Payne Funeral Oklahoma News Bureau ANTLERS, Okla. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Antlers Assembly of God Church for George Homer Payne, 76, longtime Antlers resident.

The Rev. Morrison, church pastor, and the Rev Andy Reed officiated. Coffey Funeral Home was in charge of burial in City Cemetery. Mr. Payne died Friday in Pushmataha County Hospital after illness; He was a member, of the Assembly of God Church in Antlers and the Antlers Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Payne. Two sons and two daughters, Bearl Payne and Mrs. Lorine Nelson, both of Antlers, and Mrs. Florene Bates of Unger and Glendale Payne of Hurley, N.M.

CLARKSVILLE Lonnie J. Roten, of Clarksville died in Red River County Hospital Saturday. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Jolley's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev.

Harvey Brown, pastor of the Assembly of God Church will officiate, with burial in English Cemetery. Mr. Roten was June 16, 1886, in Ripley, Miss, the son of the late Mr. andMrs. J.D.

Roten. In July 16, 1905, he married. Miss Francis Shofmer in Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Francis Roten of Clarksville; four sons, Preston Roten of Amarillo, James Roten of Odessa, Robert Lewis Roten of Stanton and Joe of Alliance, six daughters, Mrs. Ernest Harden, of Savoy, Mrs.

Jess Humphrey of Clarksville; Mrs. Howard Fuller of Mount Pleasant, Mrs. Raymond Johnson of Cypress, Mrs. Marshall Brewer of Andrews and Mrs. Roger Mann of Copperas Cove; 29 grandchildren; 49 great- grandchildren; and 15 great- greatgrandchildren.

WUlie Briscoe GREENVILLE Willie Bricoe, 91, of Greenville died Saturday morning at Park Haven, Nursing'Home in Greenville. Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Cooker-Ma thews-Peters Chapel in Greenville, with Bill Miller, minister of the Southside Church of Christ.

Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas. Mr. Briscoe married Lillie Mae Couch who preceded him in death. Born July 31, 1884 in Cooper, he was a retired farmer and carpenter. Survivors include two sons, William C.

Briscoe of Dallas and Robert Briscoe of Greenville; five daughters, Mrs. Margie Ownes, of Christi, Mrs. Thelma Carson of Palm Springs, Amanda Edhey of Garland, Mrs. Mable Martin of Paris and Mrs. Maggie Bartlett of Dallas; 23 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren.

The grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Rufus Guest DEPORT Rufus H. Guest, in Terrell Hospital Saturday morning. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Monday at Grant Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.

Sam officiating. Interment will be. Bethel Cemetery in Fulbright under the direction of Grant Funeral Home. He was born Aug. 11, 1906 in Fulbright, the son of Harvey and Francis Bettis Guest.

He had been in the state hospital for some 30 years. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jane Anderson of Mesquite and Mrs. Leon McAlester of Arlington. Cousins will serve as pallbearers and two' honorary pallbearers are Dr.

D. F. Kerbow and Mike Haydock. Mrs. Alma Duffee BOGATA Mrs.

Alma Duffee, 79, of Dallas died at 3:30 a Sunday at Pleasant Manor Nursing Home in Dallas. 'Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Bogata. The Rev. A.

I. Bond and the Rev. Calvin Hancock will officiate. Burial will be made in Cuthand Cemetery by Bogata Funeral Home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Duffee was born Dec. 6, 1895, in Bogata and had been a resident of Dallas for the past 15 years. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Maggie Morrison' Hamilton; Her husband, Gilbert Duffee, preceded her in death in 1958: She was. a member of the Dallas Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include five sons, Erwin Duffee of Bogata, Gilbert and Bobby Duffee, both of Dallas, Dalton Duffee of Avery and Tommy Duffee of DeKalb; five daughters, Mrs. Verley Bowles of Tyler, Mrs. Pansy Willmgham, Mrs. Hazel Woodall, Mrs. Zela Puttet and Mrs.

Wanda Robinson, all of Dallas; three brothers Paul Hamilton of Clarksville; Hpyt and Sid Hamilton, both of Bogata; 22 grandchildren; and 14 great- grandchildren. Russell Stephens, 46, Sumner, was listed in fair condition Monday at McCuistion Regional Medical Center after suffering injuries in a two-car' major accident on FM 79 about two miles north of Loop 286 at 5:52 p.m. Saturday. Stephens, 1975 Chevrolet pickup truck, collided with a westbound 1971 Chevrolet driven by Noah Dean, Irving. Dean was not reported injured, according to of Public Safety Patrolman Wayne Parsons, who investigated the accident.

PARIS OFFICERS were investigating early Monday the burglary of the Player's Lounge, 3142 Fitzhugh. An undetermined amount of. change was reported taken from several coin operated machines. A number of tools, including broken knives, were found at the scene. Officers Monday were still attempting to locate' the owner.

OFFICERS WERE also investigating the theft of band equipment taken from Pizza Villa, 2449 Clarksville St. Amplifiers, speakers, microphones and other items were reported stolen. Total loss was listed at some $1,475. OFFICERS answered a disturbance call at 'the Holiday Inn Saturday: The man involved, although first telling hotel officials and officers he was CIA operative, a Drug Administration officer and an undercover officer with the FBI, finally admitted he had been quarreling with his ex- wife. The man, officers said, had scratches on his face, which he claimed had been sustained when his -wife's friends had hit him.

TWO MINOR wrecks, both involving Paris police and Lamar County vehicles were reported over the weekend. At about 1:30 a.m. Friday morning, Deputy Danny Green reported his county vehicle struck a reflector post on Highway 82 West just west of Petty. Damage to the vehicle was listed at about $25-30. Paris Patrolman Bob Hundley reported that about JAMES WILLIAMS, Deport, reported to.county officers that occupants of a vehicle had been firing a shotgun while driving near Deport.

County officers, however, were unable to locate the vehicle. THE PARIS 'Department answered four calls Sunday, all grass fires, in the 1300 block of Graham; 1460-lOth NW, and two calls in the 1200 block of West Sherman one involving both grass and old railroad ties.
