A native of Laurens, she was the wife of Lewis Moss and daughter of the late Jess Cantrell and the late Eva Cantrell Emory. She was a Tamara Thorns Tamara (Tammy) Holloman Thorns, 25, of 1575 Overbrook died Friday, Feb.

5, 1999, at Cleveland Regional Medical Center, Shelby, N.C. A native of Gaffney, she was the wife of Brian Thorns and daughter of John E. and Vickie Gordon Holloman. She was an employee of Lincare, and was a member of West End Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, James W.

"Bill" Gordon. Also surviving are one son, Brandon William Thorns of the Floyd Painter GROVER, N.C. Floyd Dean Painter, 52, of 109 Steer died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, in Kings Mountain Hospital. A native of Bessemer City, N.C, he was the husband of Sheila Mullinax Painter and son of Floyd Albert and Doris Lucille Furr Painter.

He was a lineman with the power company. He was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Camby, and a daughter, Angela Paige Painter. Also surviving are two brothers, Donald Painter of Shelby and Danny Painter of Gaffney; two sisters, Eugenia Jenkins of Cherryville, N.C, and Barbara Sesson of Shelby; and one step-son, Zeb Wood of U.S. Navy, Japan. Services will be held today at the Gordon Mortuary Chapel with the Revs.

Littlejohn, 95, of Pinedale Care Facility, died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, in Upstate Carolina Medical Center. A native of Union County, he was the widower of Ella Dawkins Littlejohn and son of the late Goodman and Hettie Littlejohn. He was a member of Dunton United Methodist Church and a retired employee of the rock quarry. Survivors include one daughter, Naomi Reid of Gaffney; two sons, Pervis Littlejohn of Nor-walk, and Fredd Littlejohn of Eagle River, Alaska; one brother, Alvin Goodman Littlejohn of Gaffney; two sisters, Hannah Lander of Gaffney and Hettie Mae Linder of New Jersey; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Dunton United Methodist Church with the Rev. J. Jeannette Cooper Dicks officiating. Burial will be in Gaffney Memorial Park.

The family is at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Reid and will receive friends Tuesday from 7-8 at The Gilmore Mortu-ary. The Gilmore Mortuary is in charge. Harold Pridmore PACOLET Harold Lee Prid-more, 70, of 3988 Paeolet Hwy, died Sunday, Feb.

7, 1999, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Gaffney, he was the husband of Claudia Smith Pridmore and son of the late Thomas Hugh and Ruby Robbs Pridmore. She was a former member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Survivors include one sister, Grace Gamble of Gaffney; three brothers, J.C. Davidson Norfolk, George Jeffries of Washington, D.C., and Rev. James Jefferies of Silver Springs, and a cousin, 'Irene Morgan, who was reared as a sister. Services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m.

A native of Cowpens, she was the widow of Ralph Kelly Davis and daughter of the late Roy and Anna Harvey Blanton. She was retired from Nestle's and was a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter, Anna Marie Davis of Gaffney; two sisters, Dot Duvall of Gaffney and Mary Attal of Spartanburg; and two grandchildren. Graveside services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Frederick Memorial Gardens conducted by Ashby Blakely.
