i today three partners found ob jectionable by the latter had been removed from any connection with the hotel Herman Kohen a Miami Beach attorney and a partner told the commission rank ishman Her bert Mannheim and Sam Miller no longer had any connection with active management of the resort hotel The trio Kohen declared have been removed without reservation and perma Money invested in the enter prise to date by the two men has been returned and both have agreed to drop out of the venture completely Kohen said However he said it was a dif ferent story with ishman Kohen said the remaining part an op tion that he be permitted to re purchase his interest in the hotel at its original price if he can get a gambling license from the com mission within a year Kohen said the remaining part ners
