sports writer By KIP COONS Herald sports writer Approximately 150 plays will be run today when North Carolina and NC State renew their football rivalry at Carter-Finley Stadium A single play comprising a fraction of the time the teams are on the field could decide the outcome History tells us that The annual confrontation between the Wolfpack and Tar Heels would not be special without a heritage This is a rivalry made of great games many of which were decided in an instant by a Some of those plays were unexpected striking from nowhere Others occurred at a time when everyone watching knew one of the teams would rise to the occasion Over the last 20 years there have been four plays that are most memorable They are classics IMS: Two In On CHAPEL HILL Sept 21 Each of the previous
