The structure is fifteen stories high, covering a "flatiror." shaped site con? taining about 7,000 square feet. The apex of the site points north on a small plaza formed by Wall Stieet on the north, Pearl Street on the east and Beaver Street on the west. The building was erected sixteen years ajro by William H. Chesebrough.
