CLARENCE E. SPENCER WYOMING, SUCCUMBS Clarence E. Spencer of RD 3 Wyoming, died Saturday in Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Sarre, where he was admitted two days previous as a medical patient. The funeral was held Wed nesday afternoon at 2 from the i funerail home at 170 Wyoming avenue, Wyoming, with Rev. William Reid, officiating.

Ii ferment was in Eaton Cemetery, Orange. Bonn April 18, 1889, deceased was a son of the late Gertrude Phillip and J. Spencer. He was a charter member of Wyoming Hose Company No. 2.

Brady of 86 East Frothinham street, succumlbed on Sunday morning in Pittston Hospital, where he was admitted two days earlier for medical treatment. Bom in Sevastopol, he was a son of the late John and Isa-belle Moran Brady, and was a life long resident of this community.

He was a retired mine worker, ha-vinig worked for a number of years at No. 11 shaft of PerangylKnaima Coal Con.pany. Deceased was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church and its Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wiife, the former Hanmalh Kane; son, Edward, at home; sisters, Mrs.

Sadie Judge, Pittston; Mrs. Lillian Curran, Wilkeis-iBarre and several nieces and nephews. The funeral was held from the John B. Burns Funeral Home, 18 Kennedy street, on Wednesday foliowed by a requiem mass in St. John the Ev angelist Church.

ST. MART'S POLISH NATIONAL Rev. Stanley C. Shurnan Sunday: Masses at 8 and 10:30 ton died Sunday afternoon in Pittston Hospital, wher he was admitted on March 17 as a medical patient. A native of Italy, he was a son of the late Arcangetlo and Ros'aria Restuccia Pupa, and came to America at the age of 9 settling in Cork Lane where he since resided.

Prior to his retirement in 1943, he wovked at No. 9 CoSliery and also served as an auditor of Pittston for six years. De- ceased was a member of Our Lady of Mount Oanmel Church and its Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, the former Domenioa Starna; sons, Frank (Chick), Cork Lane; Ralph, Old Boston Settlement; Anthony and Joseph, Ocean- side, Long N.P.; wtl- Hughestown; Benjamin, at home; daughters. Mrs.

James Black and Mrs. Thomas Ed wards, Bound Brook, N.J.; Mrs. James Daursa, Newark, N.J.; great-s-andchUldrm; brothers, Anthony, Pittston; Joseph and rvk Tner Bemlamin. Macon, and one sister, Mrs. Frank Restuocia, Nutley, N.J.

Interment was in West Pittston Cemetery, Deceased was the former Charlotte Perrin, daughter of the late Charles and Eupheinia Symington Perrin and was a life resident of West Pittston, where she was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mrs.

Repp was past regent of the Dial Rock Chapter, DAR, and for many years served as historian. She was also member of Pittston YMCA Auxiliary and was past president of the Ladies Aid Society. Her husband, Frederick, pas sed away, November 20, 1060. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Carl Jenkins, North Wandel, Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs.

Roberts, of 253 Marcy street, Duryea, passed away in Moses Taylor Hospital in Scrantcn on Sunday after a brief illness. A native of Wales, he lived in Warrior Run and Old Forge as a boy.

He moved to Duryea in 1922 and lived there ever since. He was employed by the Erie-(Lackawanna Railroad before his retirement and had been an attendant officer for Duryea School District. He was a member and treasurer of Black Diamond Hose Company, Duryea, and a member of Redmen Lodge of Old Forge. Deceased was a charter member of Nebo Congregational Church, Old Forge. Surviving are his daughters, Margaret, at home; Letitia, RN, Scrariton; sons, Wesley, a major with the Air Force Reserve; John, teacher and coach at Hughestown High School, and Raymond, all of Duryea; Milton, New York City; sisters, Mrs.

Jermie Nyhart, Duryea; Mrs Blodwen LeVan, West Pittston, and 19 grandchildren. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at .2 from the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. Duryea. Rev. Robert Baer officiated.
