Sparks police on a reckless driving charge was sen tenced by Justice of the Peace rancis Cunningham arrest Monday was the climax of a long chase when he sought to elude Sparks officials The Sparks wras called solved by police yester day when two men pleaded guilty to first degree burglary charges and were sentenced to serve from one to 15 years in the state prison Pleas of guilty to the burglarycharge were entered by meh iden tified as Joseph 33 and George Kolesar 25 They were sentenced to 'the prison terms by Judge William McKnight Police accidentally stumbled on the solution of the case Monday when Kolesar was picked up on a disorderly charge When searched a number of the checks reported taken from the Scott Motors agency were found on his person Subsequent quizzing of Kolesar
