presence of a large group of friends Mrs Eva Ubbins became tlie bride of Mr Robert Bockover Officiating was the Rev A A Carmitchel of the Sparks Metho dist Church The altar was deco rated with tall lighted white tap ers and arrangements of green leaves and white carnations were on each side of the altar White bows and green leaves marked the pews Before the ceremony Mrs Albert Berghoefer sang and Love You and played other appropriate numbers The bride who was given in mar riage by her brother in law How ard Luttrell Sr of Sparks was attractively attired in a black street length dress trimmed with aqua blue inserts on the shoulders with which she wore an aqua blue hat and gloves A corsage of pink camellias completed her costume The matron of honor was Mrs Wesley Walker She wore a dark green dress with green and black accessories complemented with a yellow rose corsage Mr Arnold Hansen of Carson City was best man Ushers were Capt Ubbins son of the bride and Mr Howard Luttrell Jr of Sparks nephew of the bride After the ceremony a reception was held at the church The table was covered with a lace table cloth centered with a three tiered wed ding cake which the couple cut in dark street length dresses with red and yellow rose corsages com pleting their costumes The bride is the postmaster at Verdi a position which she has held for a number of years The bridegroom is the
