answer calls within a 150-mile radius of Durham Retail sales jump 19 WASHINGTON (AP) Retail sales spurred by a rebound in auto demand posted a 19 percent increase last month the biggest gain since September the government reported today The strong showing helped boost total sales by 63 percent for the entire year the Commerce Department said While this was a healthy increase it lagged behind
