Floyd Vernon Blanton Graveside services for Floyd Vernon Blanton, 78, husband of Cleo Coyle Blanton, 600 Crescent Circle, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m.

at Frederick Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Claude Bagwell. Pallbearers were Harry Cline, Dock Cole, Kenneth McCraw, Ralph Poole, Wofford Phillips and Rayford Purdue. Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home. Thomas and Sally Rhoden Rob-bins and attended Gospel Baptist Church.

Also surviving are six sons Elvin, Roger, Larry and Hubert Payne, all of Baltimore, Eddie Payne of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Robert Payne of San-ford, N.C; four daughters Shirley Moore of Raleigh, Ruth Driver of Baltimore, Thel-ma Flynn of Montrose, W. Va. and Nell Peeler of Spartanburg; one brother, James Rob-bins of W. four sisters Hazel Bradford of Cowpens, Lillian Bradford of W. Jeanette Wheeler of Baltimore, and Eva Payne of Kentucky; 36 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.

Services were held today at 1 p.m. at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel conducted by Rev. Herschel Hill with burial in Daniel Morgan Memorial Gar Georgia Mae Littlejohn Services for Mrs. Georgia Mae Littlejohn of 15961 N.W. 160th Opalock, will be held Sunday at 3 p.m.

at Shady Grove Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Perry Posey with burial in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be deacons and members of the trustee board of Shady Grove Baptist Church. Family is at the home of Mrs. Lucille Littejohn, the Macedonia Community, and will receive friends Saturday from p.m.

at Foster's Funeral Home. Gladys R. Payne COWPENS Mrs. Ruby Gladys Robbins Payne, 76, wife of Garland Payne, of Holland Trailer Park, died Thursday. A native of Wise County, she was a daughter of the late Charles Harrison Clayton, 47, husband of Rebecca Carr Clayton, 512 Maverick Circle, Spartanburg, died Thursday in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

A native of Dallas, Texas, he had lived in Spartanburg for five years. He was a son of Mrs. Elinor Hale Clayton of Lynchburg, and the late Charles P. Clayton; a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg; and employed by A.L. Willilams Insurance and Investment Co.

Also surviving are two daughters, Misses Nancy Elinor and Margaret Ann Clayton, both of Spartanburg; one sister, Mrs. Elinor Ann Clark of Lynchburg, Va. one brother, Thomas Hale Clayton of Durham, N.C. Memorial service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg.

Family will receive friends at the church after the memorial service. A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late John and Fannie Boston Durrah, a member of New Zion Baptist Church, president of the Usher Board, a veteran of WW at 12:30 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery in Gaffney conducted by Revs. Charles H.

Home and C. Walt McCanless. Family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard W.

Martha Wilson, Mrs. Hazel Dawkins, Mrs. Sarah Brockman and Miss Fannie Mae Durrah of Spartanburg; two brothers, Robert Durrah of Cowpens and Boyce Lee Durrah of Spartanburg; six grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Monday at noon at Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg conducted by Rev. Wilbert Oglesby.

Pallbearers will be O'Neal Robinson, June Wray, Wood-row Mitchell, John Wilkins, Willie James Boyd, Otis Watson, Anderson Gray, Paul Tinsley, Eddie Dean Oglesby and Rochell Oglesby. Foster's Funeral Home. Elford Parker Jr. Elford Parker 65, husband of Sara Ramsey Parker, Star Route, Blacksburg, died Thursday in Cherokee Memorial Hospital. A native of Cherokee County, he was the son of the late Elzie Elford Sr.

and Bertha Penning-ton Parker, member and deacon of Faith Baptist Church and retired from Magnolia Finishing Co. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marilyn Bailey of Blacksburg and Mrs. Cynthia Daniels of Columbia; one sister, Mrs. Inez Gordon of Gaffney; two grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church conducted by Revs. De-lois Blanton and Alister McKin-ney with burial in Draytonvtlle Baptist Church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bo Jack Parker, Bill Allison, Morgan Bright, Billy Jo and Roger Pennington and Jack Parker. Family will receive friends tonight from 7-8 at Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home.

A native of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Cecelia Littlejohn Davidson, a member of Mitchel Chapel F.B. Holiness Church where she was honored as mother and deaconess of the church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gracie J.

Galmer of the home and Miss Jessie Mae Jefferies of New York City; three sons J.C. Davidson of Norfolk, George Davidson of Washington, D.C., and Rev. James Davidson of Silver Springs, Md. 20 grandchildren including Ricky Dean Crate of New York City whom she reared as her son; 17 greatgrandchildren; 11 great-greatgrandchildren.
