Rev. Leslie Smith, with Mrs. Smith at the piano, led the opening song, "The Solid Rock." Mr Franks read Gala tians and commented on the scripture. During the business session members decided to meet the first Thursday of each month for their social. Each of the five group captains will take turns In being responsible for the meetings.

Reports were given by Mrs. Ed Schloeman, secretary, the group captains and Love Fund chairman. Rev, and Mrs. Smith then sang a duet, "Sweeter As the Years Go By." Mrs. John Milner gave the benediction and thanks for the meal Present were 24 class members and six guests.

Guests were Mrs. Faith Rick- etts of Brownwood and Rev. and Mrs. Leslie Smith and sons, David, Roger and Kelvin. The Smith family Is on fur lough from their mission field in Indonesia.

Rev. Smith is the son of Mrs. Evan J. Smith and the late Mr. Smith.

The family plans to return to Indonesia. VISIT MRS. RUTHERFORD Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Pietras- cek of Eastland spent last Wednesday night with Mrs.

Pietrascek's mother, Mrs. Will Rutherford. The couple left for Waco Thursday morning so that a doctor there could take pictures of Mrs. Pietrascek's retina to send to the inventors of a new type flexible contact lens. RETURN FROM ALABAMA Mr.
