because "I feel its right for somebody to tell you're someplace that you're not I know where I was at I know got to face my responsibility To further discredit the alibi Walsh brought one of the foremen to the stand where the man said he had been twice convicted of forgery The first conviction was in 1969 in Alabama former Southeast Color Coat foreman Mack Caulder said The second was on federal forgery charges in 1970 Caulder received three-year prison terms to both offenses and was released in 1971 records a third said he cashed Lueu' paycheck that week a fourth told how the records did not hear but courtroom observers did were videotapes of Lucas discussing hundreds of crimes with law enforcement agencies in a Feb 16 1984 conversation Lucas 47 said his deadly habits began before Palm Island Spas Inc of of El Paso while shopping for a styrofoam cover for my spa On Jan I sent the firm a check to $41790 with the understanding the cover would be delivered within five days (I had shopped locally but was told at one business that I could get the cover faster by ordering through Palm Island Speed was important because my spa is located in the atrium of my home and the lUmpwM ia causing the plaster on the walls to neeL) I have not received the cover and after numerous phone calls to the firm have not been given any substantial reason to the delay Can you help?
