There was Ho session of court today In the Wood conspiracy trial, but attorneys for both sides were busy conferring with witnesses. District Attorney Pelletier announced that Monday he would directly connect Wood, the millionaire head of the American Woolen with the dynamite conspiracy, using employes of the company to supply the evidence. Two stenographers and Wood's personal clerk will be questioned regarding alleged conferences between Wood and Frederick B. Atteaux on January 19 and 20, 1912.

John J. Breen has testified that he planned the planting of the dynamite with Atteaux January 19. Up to the present time the closest the state has been able to connect Wood and Atteaux, so far as conferences were concerned, Is January 25, days after the plant was made.
