Arnold Babcock HUGO, Okla. Arnold Babcock, 93, of Hugo, died Friday, July 18, 1997, at his residence. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.

Monday, July 21, in Mt. Olive. Funeral Home Chapel, with the Babcock and the Rev. Jerry Cooper officiating. Burial in Springs Chapel Cemetery under direction of Mt.

Olive Funeral Home. Mr. Babcock was born May 2, 1904, in Doniphan, a son of Thomas Arnold Babcock and Alice'Jane (CurtnerD) Babcock. He lived Northeast of Rock Hill, near Hugo, from 1911 to 1964, when he moved to Hugo. He married Emma Mae Speer Nov.

Sunday, EulaByrd Eula Byrd, 94, of Bogata died; Friday, July 1 9, St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center, Paris. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Bogata United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Cuthand Cemetery by Wood Funeral Home.

She was born Jan. 30, 1903', in Mineola to Christopher Columbus and Addie Mae Daft Wagoner, She married Leonard Byrd April 4, 1925. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Christi Ruby Jordan and Bobbie Humphrey of Paris; foungrandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
