Services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Lockart Sons Funeral Home, Beecher City, with visitation one hour before services.

Burial will be in Beecher City Cemetery, i Mrs. Workman was born in Fayette County, daughter of Henry and Sophronia Grames. She was a member of Donaldson Methodist Church, Beecher City. She married Leroy Workman in 1909. He died in 1971.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews. One son, four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Casey, for several years. She was a member of First Chistian Church, Casey, Central Community Church, Mattoon, and Geneva Rebekah Lodge 274. She married C.L.

"Johnny" Moore in 1917. He died in 1954. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Ike (Virginia) Kimball of Mattoon; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 13 great-stepgrandchildren. Reynolds GREENVILLE Mildred M.

Reynolds, 85, of Greenville died 1: 30 a.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in Utlaut Memorial Hospital, Greenville. Arrangements are incomplete at Donnell-Wiegand Funeral Home, Greenville, and Dewey-Schildknecht Funeral Home, Greenville. Tester NOKOMIS Earl Tester, 84, of Nokomis died 6:24 p.m. Friday (March 31, 1989).

in Hillsboro Hospital. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Nokomis. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis.

Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Nokomis. Memorials: Mount Zion Lutheran Church. Mr. Tester was born in Roun-tree Township, Montgomery County, son of Frank and Anna Tester. He was a retired farmer and a member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church.

He married Lydia Fricke in 1925. Surviving are his wife; son, Willis of Nokomis; daughter, Norma Lee Compton of Creve Coeur; Mary Ann Mudd of Buffalo; brother, Glenn of Nokomis; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. One son, one daughter and one brother preceded him in death. Walters MATTOON Caitlin Michaela Walters, six-month-old daughter of Brian and Julie Rollings Walters of Worth, formerly )f Areola, died 11:37 a.m. Friday (March 31, 1989) in Miami Children's Hospital, Miami, Fla.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tues- (March 31, 1989) in Douglas Living Center, Mattoon. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Lewis Cemetery, west of Villa Grove. No visitation.

Schilling's Funeral Home, Mattoon, is in charge of arrangements. Miss Kruse was born in Tuscola, daughter of Clause and Cath-leen Kruse. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Tuscola. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. One brother and four sisters preceded her in death.

Mattioda LITCHFIELD Mrs. Frank (Wilma "BiUie" Lewis) Mattioda, 70, of Litchfield died 9:05 p.m. Friday (March 31, 1989) in St. John's Hospital North, Springfield. Services will be 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday in Meinschein Funeral Home, Litchfield, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Litchfield. Mrs. Mattioda was born in Sangamon County, daughter of William and Cora Lewis.

She married Frank Mattioda in 1943. He died in 1964. Surviving are her son, Frank W. of Spokane, daughter, Janet Begando of Springfield; brother, Herbert Lewis of Hot Springs Village, sisters, Mrs. Fred (Margaret) Ward of Taylorville; Mrs.

Glenn (Clara Mae) Younker of Blue Mound; close friend, Charlie Williams of Litchfield; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. One brother preceded her in death. Moore CASEY Mrs. C. L.

Cook) Moore, 90, of Mattoon, formerly of Casey, died 10:15 a.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in her home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Burial will be in Washington Street Cemetery, Casey. Mrs. Moore was born in Coles County, daughter of James and Dora Cook. She and her husband operated Moore's Grocery Store, Arnone OLNEY Mrs' Jake (Christine Lucido) ArnoneK85, of Olney died 11:19 a.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Buchanan Funeral Home, Newton, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Willow Hill. Mrs.

Arnone was born in Italy, daughter of Sam and Catherine Lucido. She married Jake Arnone in 1919. Surviving are her husband; sons, Peter of Olney; Sam of Edg-erton, Jake of Hanover Park; daughters, Mary Caruso of Willow Hill; Catherine Rekoske, Josephine Savittier and Vicki Siicher, all of Olney; brothers, Sam Lucido of Independence, Kelly Lucido of Arizona; sisters, Rita Combetta of Independence; Lena Reid of Chicago; 32 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. One brother preceded her in death. Berry MATTOON Mrs.

H. Roy (Oma Jean Whitehead) Berry, 83, of Paradise Township, Mattoon, died 2:30 p.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in her home. There will be no services. Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home, Mattoon, is in charge of arrange- ments.

Berry was born in Shelby-ville, daughter of Warren Kennedy and Gertrude Mae Whitehead. She married H. Roy Berry. He died in 1960. Surviving are her brother, John Whitehead of Montgomery; sister, Meredith Mae Whitehead of Paradise Township.

One son preceded her in death. Burton FARMER CITY Davis Burton, 73, of Farmer City died 8:25 a.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in his home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Calvert-Belangee Bruce Funeral Home, Farmer City, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m.

Monday. Burial will be Greenleaf Cemetery, Farmer City. Mr. Burton was born in Pulaski County, son of B.S. and Charity Bell Burton.

He was a retired farmer. He married Lora L. Dalton in 1936. She died in 1987. Surviving are his sons, Ronald D.

of Clinton; Edwin H. of White Heath; Carlos E. of Farmer City; daughters, Rachel B. Zeigler of rural Farmer City; Carol L. Wool-ridge of LeRoy; Florene Burton of Dewitt; Betty J.

Mosgrove of Mansfield; Shannon R. Kuykend-all and Brenda L. Maria, both of Farmer City; mother of Somerset, brothers, Roy of Monticello; Johnny of Deland; sisters, Marie DeCaigny of Monticello; Irieda Brock and Lou Vernie Brock, both of Nancy, Rhodie J. Stevens of Indianapolis; 25 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. Five brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren preceded him in death.

Darnall ATLANTA H. Dale Darnall, 59, of rural Atlanta died 7:55 p.m. Friday (March 31, 1989) in St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria. Services will be 11 a.m.

Monday in Armington Christian Church, Armington. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Quiram Funeral Home, Atlanta, and one hour before services in the church. Burial will be in Mountjoy Cemetery, rural Atlanta. Memorials: Armington Rescue Squad or donor's choice.

Mr. Darnall was born in Bloom-ington, son of Jesse and Helen Darnall. He was a farmer and an employee of Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria for 19 years. He was a member of Armington Christian Church, Die Hard Cub Fan Club, coached Armington Little League, Pony League and the Armington Corn Valley League entry in the Lincoln Junior American Legion program.

He married Loretta L. Laser in 1950. Surviving are his wife; sons, Warren of Atlanta; Brian of New Hope, daughters, Joline Graff of Armington; Janet Can-field of Clinton; Linda England of Minier; Debra Yoder of Mount Ayr, Iowa; sister, Bernita Nagle of Olathe, 12 grandchildren. "Big Muddy" Williams, 54, of Robinson died 11:20 p.m. Friday (March 31, 1989) in Newton Rest Haven. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Burial will be in Oblong Cemetery. Mr. Williams was born in Casey, son of Wayne and Verlia Adams Williams. He worked for Marathon Oil Company in products distribution for 21 years, was a member 666 Eaton Lodge, Agape Baptist Church, Robinson, and U.S. Air Force veteran.

He married Nancy Ann Whitmer in 1953. Surviving are his wife; son, Jon W. of Robinson; daughter, Mrs. Mike (Valerie) Brown of Law-renceville; mother of Robinson; half brother, Charles Williams of Dresden, half sister, Rebecca Brewer of Dresden; two grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren. One grandson preceded him in death.

and Agnes Ritter. He worked for 48 years at Borg-Warner, was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Holy Name Society, Catholic Order of Foresters and World War I Army veteran. He married Cecilia Catherine Blum. She died in 1987.

Surviving are his son, Albert James of Decatur; one grandchild; one great-grandchild. Two brothers preceded him in death. Rogalski Edward F. Rogalski, 73, of Homeland, formerly of Decatur, died 6:22 p.m. Thursday (March 30, 1989) in Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, Fla.

Mr. Hendrickson was born in Bushnell, son of Leroy and Lucille Hendrickson. He worked for Firestone Tire Rubber Company for 18 years before retiring in 1986. He was a member of Argenta Masonic Lodge and Argenta Order of Eastern Star, Lodge 819. He married Kathy McKenzie in 1968.

Surviving are his wife; son, Greg of California; daughter, Christina Hendrickson at home; brother, Rev. Darrell Hendrickson of Lake Villa; four grandchildren. One sister preceded him in death. Oliver Mrs. Ernest (Harriet E.

Kramer) Oliver, 89, of Decatur died 9:25 a.m. Saturday (April 1, 1989) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. No visitation.

J.J. Moran Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: donor's choice. Mrs. Oliver was born in Alta-mont, daughter of William and Jane Kramer.

She married Ernest C. "Dutch" Oliver in 1919. He died in 1967. Surviving are her son, Junior of Decatur; daughters, Mrs. Martin E.

(Helen) Greider, Mrs. James A. (Erma) Hayes and Mrs. Lloyd J. (Betty) Blakenship, all of Decatur; eight grandchildren; 12 greatgrandchildren; three great-great Steve Canyon Milton Caniff.

Caniff died April 3, 1988, at age 81 and the last Steve Canyon strip appeared in Sunday newspapers June 5. Air Force personnel prepared a biography and list of Canyon's exploits and will present it to the university. An exhibit will be set up in the journalism school's Ackles Allan D. Ackles, 59, of Decatur died 1 a.m. Friday (March 31, 1989) in his home.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials: American Cancer Society.

Mr. Ackles Allan Ackles was born in Valley City, son of Paul Edward and Mary Ella Ackles Sr. He was employed at Wagner Castings Company as a furnance operator. He married Tutta Kittlesen in 1953. Surviving are his wife; sons, Stephen and Erick, both of Bre-vick, Norway; daughter, Linda Carol Waragen of Brevick; brother, Paul Edward Ackles Jr.

of Decatur; two grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death. Anderson Mrs. Charles H. (Frances) Anderson, 73, of Decatur died 1:17 a.m.

Saturday (April 1, 1989) in Woodland Nursing Center, Mount Zion. Arrangements are incomplete at J.J. Moran Sons Funeral Home. Carter Opie (Gladys M. Adams) Carter, 96, of Bellevue, Ohio, formerly of Decatur, died 9:30 p.m.

Tuesday (March 28, 1989) in Woodsview Nursing Home, Bellevue. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Fair lawn Cemetery.

Carter was born in Cerro Gordo, daughter of Frank and Louisa Adams. She married Opie C. Carter in 1920. He died in 1965. Surviving are her sister, Daisy Albert of Decatur; niece, Doris Freitag of Bellevue.
