Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Private graveside services will be Saturday in Fairlawn Cemetery. Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home is in charge. A memorial service is scheduled at 11 a.m.

Monday in i Presbyterian Church. Memorials: Westminster Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Bliler was born in Effingham County, daughter of Jackson and Emma Holman. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

She married Cal Bliler in 1914. He died in 1936. Surviving are sons, Richard C. of Chicago; William G. of Decatur; one granddaughter.

One brother and one sister preceded her in death. ENGLE Sadie Frances Engle, 83, formerly of 2428 E. North died 6:45 a.m. Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) in Fair Havens Christian Home.

Gilbert (Mary Frances) Schmidt of Houston, Tex. CLAAR Fred B. Claar, 91, of Effingham died 11:25 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 10, 1977) in St.

Anthony Memorial Hospital, Effingham. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Johnson Funeral Home, Effingham. Burial will be in Watson Cemetery following cremation. Mr. Claar was born in Ken-nard, son of Walker B.

and Clara J. Claar. He was a member of Watson Christian Church and Western Union Telegraph, Chicago, and had worked as a broker in Chicago. He married Edna Charlotte Groth in 1923. She died in 1S68.

Webber, 45, of Olney died 12 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 11, 1977) in Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Summer's Fu neral Home, Olney, with visit ation anytime.

Burial will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, Olney. Mr. Webber was born in Richland County, son of Bruce and Lula Hughes Webber. He was a member of Seminary U.B. Church, veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was a member of the Olney VFW and DAV.

Sunday. Burial will be in Dodge Grove Cemetery, Mattoon. Mrs. Owens was born in Loxa, daughter of William and Sarah Ayers. She was affiliated with the American Legion Auxiliary and East Side Baptist Church, Mattoon.

She married James C. Owens in 1939. He died in 1975. Surviving are nephews, James W. and Maynard W.

Ayers, and niece, Edith Noble, all of Mattoon, whom she reared. ROHDEMANN Mrs. Henry J. (D. Lena Dunn) Rohdemann, 69, of Taylorville died 5:10 a.m.

Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) in St. Vincent Memorial Hospital, Taylorville. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Connolly Funeral Home, Taylorville, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m.

Sunday. Burial will be in Grove City Cemetery. Mrs. Rohdemann was born in Mount Auburn, daughter of Albert and Audrey Dunn. She married Henry J.

Rohdemann In 1927. He died in 1965. Surviving are sons, Albert C. of Churchville, John E. of Pawnee; Bruce A.

John (Yetta Cooken) Stokeley, 83, of Sikeston, died 3:55 a.m. Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) in Sikeston Convalescent Center. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Findlay Cemetery.

No visitation. Rhea Funeral Home, Findlay, is in charge. Mrs. Stokeley was born in Shelby County. She married John Stokeley, who died in 1975.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. J.E. (Mary Jane) Chil dress of Sikeston, Mrs. W.D. McCall of Pensacola, sister, Mrs.

Cathlyn Orr of Findlay; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. THACKER Mrs. Dennis (Or ah Mae Whit- lock) Thacker, 90, of Coffeen died 7:15 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 11, 1977) in Hillsboro Hospital.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the United Methodist Church, Coffeen. Vis itation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Satur day at Toberman Funeral Home, Coffeen. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery, Coffeen.

Mrs. Thacker was born in Coffeen, daughter of Oscar and Mary wmtiock. bne was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Cof feen. She married Dennis Tha cker in 1905. He died in 1959.

Surviving are sons, Oscar, Harold and Nile, all of Coffeen; daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Evelyn) Chumley of Coffeen; Mrs. Dale (Nina) Cline of Mulberry Grove; Mrs. Edwin (Berniece) Bost of Fillmore; brothers, Jay Whitlock of Hillsboro; Walter Whitlock of Coffeen; 15 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 3 great-greatrgrandchil-dren. Her husband, one sister and one brother preceded her in death.

WARREN Luther Floyd Warren, 40, of Pana was dead on arrival shortly after 10 a.m. Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) after being electrocuted at the Illinois 105 construction site in Decatur. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday in McCracken Funeral Home, Pana, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m.

Sunday. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Pana. Mr. Warren was born in Poplar Bluff, son of James and Hazel Freeman Warren. He was a crew foreman for J.J.

Borders Construction Decatur. He married Reba Colier in 1964. Surviving are his wife; sons, Vernon and Tracy, both of Pana; daughters, Diane Kay Warren and Cheryl Gordon; both of Pana; father of Ramsey; nrother, Mrs. Hazel Sliter of Benton Harbor, brother, Frank of Pana; half brothers, Jimmy Warren of Church. He married Bessie Marie Shempf in 1931.

Surviving are his wife; sons, Robert L. and James both of Pana; Eugene H. of Selma, daughter, Mrs. Mickey (Doris) Walker of Pana; brothers, Ernest of Bradley; Clarence of Gilman; George of Clifton; sister, Mrs. Grace McCaslin of Sandwich; seven grandchildren.

Two children preceded him in death. GRAHAM Fred M. Graham, 95, of Hazel Dell died 8:55 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 11, 1977) in St.

Anthony Memorial Hospital, Effingham. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Bishop Funeral Home, Greenup, with visitation after 5 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Hazel Dell Cemetery.

Mr. Graham was born in Coles County, son of William and Annie Graham. He married Anna Garrett, who died in 197L Surviving are sons. Josenh W. of Hazel Dell; Henry M.

Burial will be in Nokomis Cemetery. Mrs. Hopwood was born in Fillmore, daughter of Joe and Deliha Alexander. She was em ployed by the Nokomis public schools and was a member of First Baptist Church, Nokomis. She married Charles Hopwood in 1916.

He died in 1954. Surviving are sons, Charles of Decatur; Sherrdon of St. Elmo; daughters, Mrs. Hilda Morell of Fillmore; Mrs. Helen Roberts of Ramsey; Mrs.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Mondav in Stewart Car roll Funeral Home, Paris, with visitation 3 to 5 ana to p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Edgar Cemetery, Pans, with graveside rites by the Paris American Legion. Mr.

Friday (Aug. 12, 1977) in Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Ind. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Moore Funeral Home, Marshall, with visitation after 2 p.m. Saturday.

Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery. Lewis served for 26 years in the state legislature. Gov. Richard B. Ogilvie appointed him state agriculture director in 1969 and he was named to succeed Paul Powell as secretary of state in 1970.

He graduated from the University of Illinois. Mr. Lewis was born in Marshall, son of John W. and Mayme Lewis. He married Ma-hala Forsyth.

Surviving are bis wife; daughters, Mrs. Ray (Joan) Ingram of Terre Haute; Mrs. Janice Marsh of Tuscola; sister, Mrs. Mabel Simon of Phoenix, Ariz; three grandchildren. METTE James J.
