Stom-baugh) Ater, 85, of Blue Mound died 5:30 p.m. Thursday in her home. JT" Funeral "services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Blue Mound Christian Church. Visitation will be after 5 p.m.

Saturday at Ater Funeral Home, Blue Mound. Private burial services will be Monday at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur. Mrs. Ater was born in Macon daughter of Emanuel and 'Emma Stombaugh. She was a member of Blue Mound Christian Church and Shelmaco Club of Mowea- qua.

She married Jesse Ater in 1909. He died in 1955. Surviving are sons, Lloyd of Blue Mound; Lyle of Decatur; and four grandchildren. A brother, a sister and two sons preceded her in death. BLAIR Mrs.

Hortense "Tess" Carter Blair, 66, of Evanston, formerly of Decatur, died Wednesday morning in Evnaston Hospital. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Roux Funeral Home, Bement, with visitation after 7 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be in Oshkosh Saturday.

The Seefeld Funeral Home is in charge. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in First Christian Church, Decatur. Burial will be in Grace-land Cemetery. Memorials will be established.

Mrs. Dill was born in Albuquerque, N. a daughter of Daniel and Phoebe Dickinson. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Oshkosh and a former member of First Christian Church, Decatur. While at the Decatur church, she was a member of the Missionary Society, nursery attendant and president of the women's organization.

She married Harry Dill in 1913. He died in 1953. Mrs. Dill moved from Decatur to Oshkosh in 1953. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.

Lloyd (Ruth) Runyon of Oshkosh; foster son, James Dickinson of Saugus, sister, Mrs. Phoebe Kerley Tucson, brothers, William F. Dickinson of Glendale, Robert Dickinson of St. Louis, Mo. MILLS Michael Ray Mills, 25, of Terre Haute, formerly of Decatur, died April 8 in Terre Haute.

Funeral services and burial were in Terre Haute, Ind. Surviving are his wife, Dian-na Sue; daughter, Misti Dawn, at home; mother Mrs. Alice Richardville of Wickliffe, brother, James Hassinger of Wickliffe, sister, Dawn Hassinger of Cairo; father, Earl J. Mills of Earlville; grandparents, Mrs. Kenneth Norman of Decatur; Mr.

and Mrs. J. Paul Stout of Mound City. MURPHY Mrs. Claude (Veronica E.

Troska) Murphy, 83, of 705 W. Olive St. died 3:40 a.m. Thursday in Lakeshore Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m.

Saturday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, with visitation after 6 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery, So-rento. Mrs. Murphy was born in Brush Creek, a daughter of Joseph A.

and Christine Troska. She married Claude A. Murphy, who died in 1944. Surviving are a son, Kenneth E. of Decatur; daughter, Mrs.

35th 826 E. Cantrell 8:18 p.m. FOUR FORGERY CHARGES FILED Thomas Benge, 18, of 515 E. Prairie Ave. has been charged in Circuit Court with four counts of forgery.

Two of the counts involve a $65 check written July 9, 1974. The remaining counts stem from a $85 check and a $20 check, both on July 18, 1974. Burial will be in Bement Cemetery. Mrs. Blair was born in Saunemin, daughter of Willis L.

and Laura Carter. She married Charles Blair' in 1923. He preceded her in death. She was a beautician at the Mather Home in Evanston. Surviving are her mother of Belleville; sons, Richard, Edward and Charles, all of Illiopolis; Robert of Skokie; sisters, Mrs.

Hazle Krausser of Belleville; Mrs La Verne San-ford of Boonville, eight grandchildren. DILL Mrs. Harry (Kathryn) Dickinson Dill, 83, of Oshkosh, formerly of Decatur, died Thursday morning in Stanley Heritage Home, Neenah, Wis. Surviving are her husband; son, James of Decatur; daughter, Mrs. George (Harriett) Netsche of Chicago; brothers, William Daykin of Taylorville; Richard Daykin of Springfield; Walter Daykin of Iowa; sisters, Mrs. Ruth Morgan of Taylorville; Miss Charlotte Daykin of Taylorville; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

REED Luther "Bill" Reed, 77, of Shelby ville died 5:20 p.m. Wednesday in Lake Shelbyville Restorium. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Lockart Son Funeral Home, Shelbyville, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.

Burial will be in Gallagher Chapel Cemetery, Mode. Mr. Reed was born in Shelby County, son of Newton and Lucinda Reed. He married Verna Marsh in 1920. She died in 1942.

Surviving are son, Donald of Effingham; sister, Mrs. Eva Prosser of Shelbyville; two grandchildren. Two brothers preceded him in death. Mary Ann Gadberry of Ur-bana; brother, Norman D. Hammerschmidt of Monticello; sisters, Mrs.

Adelma Ellis of Decatur; Mrs. Gladys Reed of Dallejo, 13 grandchildren. One son preceded her in death. DURBIN Charles D. Durbin, 82, of Taylorville died 2:15 a.m.

Thursday in St. Vincent Memorial Hospital, Taylorville. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Calvary Baptist Church, Taylorville, with visitation 11 a.m. until services.

Visitation will also be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Shafer Funeral Home, Taylorville. Burial will be in Old Stonington. Cemetery, near Stonington. Mr.

Durbin was born in Taylorville, son of C. C. and Lydia Durbin. He married Minnie E. DeWeese in 1919.

Surviving are his wife; sons, Charles of Stonington; Ray of Anabel, daughter, Mrs. Orville (Ina) Griffin of Taylorville; brothers, William O. and Joseph both of Decatur; sisters, Mrs. Maude Tennyson of Ft. Worth, Mrs.
