Obituaries Page A13 Central Illinois deaths. Decatur, Illinois, Wednesday, May 21, 1986 Monday (May 19, 1986) in Columbia Regional Hospital, Columbia. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Funeral Home, Columbia. Visitation was Tuesday evening.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Columbia. Mr. Wright was born in McLean County, son of Roy and Opal Wright Sr. He was a farmer and real estate broker and an Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict. Surviving are his wife, Tonya of Columbia; sons, Rick and Randy, both of Farmer City; Rodney of California; daughters, Kristie Lee, Shawn Wright and Noel Wright, all of Columbia; Joie Wright of Farmer City; mother and stepfather, Lorim-er Ratliff, of Farmer City; brothers, Ed, Jerry and Jim, all of Farmer City; one grandson.

His father preceded him in death. Willan TOLEDO Carl E. Willan, 63, of Tucson, formerly of Toledo, died Saturday (May 10, 1986) in Tucson. Graveside services will be 11 p.m. Thursday in Toledo Cemetery.

The body was cremated. Barkley Funeral Home, Toledo, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Willan was born in Toledo, son of Leslie and Lucille Willan. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his daughter, Carla Rowley of Charleston; sister, Dorothy Starwalt of Lerna. Wright FARMER CITY Roy Wright 54, of Columbia, formerly of Farmer City, died 11:15 a.m. Lura Walker, 103, dies Thunhorst LITCHFIELD Elmer J. Thunhorst, 83, of Litchfield died 6:20 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in St.

Francis Hospital, Litchfield. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Meinschein Funeral Home, Litchfield, with visitation 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Honey Bend.

Mr. Thunhorst was born in rural Butler, son of George F. and Anna Heil Thunhorst. He was a retired farmer, was employed at American Radiator Plant and Illiopolis Munitions Plant, a member of Walshville Christian Church and a World War II Army veteran. He married Florence O.

Jacobs in 1943. Surviving is his wife of Litchfield. Four brothers and one sister preceded him in death. Wheadon CLINTON Lyle K. Wheadon, 77, of Clinton died 6:45 a.m.

Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Herington-Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Burial will be in Wood-lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Mr. Wheadon was born in Lewis-town, son of John O. and Alta M. Wheadon.

He was a retired attorney, a member of Clinton First Christian Church, American Legion and was a World War II veteran. He married Velma Bell in 1943. Surviving is his wife of Clinton. One brother preceded him in death. Wheeler FLORA Orville Ray Wheeler, 91, of Flora, formerly of Mexico and Columbia, died 8:30 p.m.

Monday (May 19, 1986) in Flora Nursing Center. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Providence Cemetery, New Bloomfield, Mo. There will be no visitation. Frank Bright Funeral Home, Flora, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Wheeler was born in Zenda, son of Jay and Emma Wheeler. He was a retired insurance agent, a Navy veteran of World War I and of the Baptist faith. He married Curry Murphy in 1923. She died in 1966.

He married Elizabeth Rogers in 1969. Surviving are his wife of Flora; daughter, Mrs. James E. (Patty) Campbell of Flora; sister, Hazel Hennigh of Wichita, four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. One son, two brothers and six sisters preceded him in death.

Perry and Mary Elizabeth Apple. She was a retired schoolteacher and a member of First Christian Church of Hutsonville. She married William D. Walker in 1915. He died in 1962.

Surviving are her son, Elmer of Hutsonville; daughter, Irene Miller of Henry; sister, Mrs. Virgil (Frances) Kirk of Robinson; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Thursday in Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in New Hebron Cemetery, south of Robinson. Mrs. Walker was born in Crawford County, daughter of William Lottery.

Thursday. Burial will be in Elder Cemetery, rural Kinmundy. Mr. Bagwell was born in Arkansas, son of Jess M. and Mary Whaley Bagwell.

He was a retired pipefitter for Local 447. He married Lavena Krutsinger in 1941. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Mary. Lee Bagwell of Kinmundy; brothers, Wesley of Odessa, Texas; Tom of Detroit, sisters, Mat-tie Neldon of Winters, Minnie Branchum of Calico Rock, Ark. Two brothers and four sisters preceded him in death.

Britton VANDALIA Mrs. Homer Edward (Nellie Fern Rader) Britton, 75, of Vandalia died 2: 15 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Fayette County Hospital, Vandalia. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Hohlt Funeral Home, Vandalia, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia. Memorials: American Arthritis Foundation. Mrs. Britton was born in Fayette County, daughter of Homer and Lucy Rader.

She worked for the Princess Peggy Dress Factory, Vandalia. She married Homer Edward Britton in 1928. Surviving are her husband of Vandalia; daughter, Mrs. Jerry (Sherry) Summers of Springfield; three grandchildren. One brother and two sisters preceded her in death.

Burton NEOGA Irene L. Gaddis Burton, 83, of Mattoon, formerly of Neoga, died 4 p.m. Monday (May 19, 1986) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Coles County. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home, Neoga, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m.

Thursday. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, north of Neoga. Mrs. Burton was born in Coles County, daughter of Peter F. and M.

Annie Gaddis. She attended the First Christian Church, Neoga. Surviving are her son, Fred M. Mendenhall of Terre Haute, brother, Albert Gaddis of Neoga. One daughter, one brother and one sister preceded her in death.

Clabaugh NEOGA Mrs. William Albert (Sena Lewellen) Clabaugh, 94, of Racine, formerly of Neoga, died 10:30 p.m. Sunday (May 18, 1986) in Lincoln Lutheran Home, Racine. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Neoga Memorial Cemetery, Neoga.

There will be no visitation. Swengel-O'Dell Funeral Home, Neoga, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials: First Christian Church, Neoga. Mrs. Clabaugh was born in Lerna, daughter of John Wesley and Mary Lewellen.

She was a member of First Christian Church and Rebekah Lodge of Neoga and past president of American Legion Auxiliary, Neoga. She married Emory Cockran in 1908. He preceded her in death. She married William Albert Clabaugh in 1920. He died in 1959.

Surviving is her granddaughter, Patricia Badger of Racine. One daughter preceded her in death. Dudley ROBINSON Phebe M. Lewis Dudley, 67, of Robinson died 3:40 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Skilled Care Unit of Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, Kuhn OBLONG Mrs. Eugene (Maude Ruth Wellbaum) Kuhn, 80, of Oblong died 7:35 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. Services will be 2 p.m.

Thursday in Pulliam Funeral Home, Oblong, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Oblong Cemetery. Mrs. Kuhn was born in Coles County, daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. Andrew Wellbaum. She was a member of Chauncey Church of God, Chauncey. She married Eugene Kuhn in 1934. Surviving are her husband; son, George Bouck of Savoy; daughters, Mrs.

Harold (Pauline) House of Mattoon; Mrs. LeRoy (Kathleen) Dickey of Michigan City, eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. One grandchild, one brother and three sisters preceded her in death. McKinney WESTFIELD The infant daughter of Phil and Cynthia Ryan McKinney of Westfield was dead at birth 10 a.m. Saturday (May 17, 1986) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Coles County.

Puckett JANESVILLE Cyril Donald "Butch" Puckett, 67, of Ridgecrest, formerly of Janesville, died Sunday (May 18, 1986) in Ridgecrest Hospital. Services were Tuesday in the Masonic Temple in Ridgecrest. Graveside services will be Monday in Janesville Cemetery. Harper-Swickard Funeral Home, Charleston, is in charge of local arrangements. Mr.

Puckett was born in Janesville, son of Guy Otis and Mary Ellen Puckett. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. He married Irene Ludwick. Surviving are his wife; sons, Donald Leon of Reno, Nev. Guy Puckett of Ridgecrest; daughter, Doris Ann Carter of Eagle River, Alaska; brothers, Dick Puckett of Janesville; Thomas R.

of Ridgecrest; sister, Isabelle Moses of Janesville; seven grandchildren. Strader LITCHFIELD Orval L. "Bud" Strader, 59, of Litchfield died 12:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in St. John's Hospital, Springfield.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Meinschein Funeral Home, Litchfield, with visitation 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery Litchfield. Mr.

Strader was bom in Hidalgo, son of Luke and Irma Cummings Strader. He was a telegrapher for Illinois Central Gulf Railroad, a member of VFW 392, Litchfield Moose Club and was a World War II Navy veteran. He married Gloria E. Wel-ler in 1957. Surviving are his wife of Litchfield; sister, Opal Aten of Hidalgo; mother of Greenup.

She was a retired secretary for the director of the Crawford County Senior Citizens Organization, a member of First Christian Church of Robinson and Women of the Moose. Surviving are her son, Robert L. of Fort Collins, brothers, Roscoe Butler of Palestine; Don Lewis of Robinson; Raymond Lewis of Oblong; sisters, Mrs. Lawrence (Neva) Mcintosh of Robinson; Mrs. Mickie (Erma) Purcell of Palestine; two grandchildren.

One brother preceded her in death. Findley MARSHALL Mrs. Thomas E. (Mary J. Lake) Findley, 88, of Marshall died 1:30 p.m.

Friday (May 16, 1986) in Meadows Manor North Nursing Home, Terre Haute, Ind. Private services will be Saturday in Pearce. Funeral Home, Marshall, with visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery.

Mrs. Findley was born in Clark County, daughter of Frank and Molly Lake. She was a member of Marshall First United Methodist Church, the Amiga Club, the Wednesday Bridge Club, the Thursday Bridge Club and the Duplicate Bridge Club. She married Thomas E. Findley in 1919.

He died in 1979. Four brothers and five sisters preceded her in death. Guffey BROWNSTOWN Mrs. Pearly Lee (Alta Pearl Elllison) Guffey, 86, of Brownstown died 6:17 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Fayette County Hospital, Vandalia.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Elmo First Assembly of God Church with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Claggett Funeral Home, Vandalia. Burial will be in Nichols Cemetery, rural Browns-town.

Memorials: St. Elmo First Assembly, of God Church. Mrs. Guffey was born in Sefton Township, daughter of Dennis and Alice Ellison. She was a member of St.

Elmo First Assembly of God Church. She married Pearly Lee Guffey in 1927. He died in 1964. Surviving are her sons, Dale Diveley of Vandalia; Franklin Guffey of Alton; daughters, Louise Peters of California; Denise Etchason of Vandalia; Thelma Luster of Alton; Wanda Philbrook of Nashville, Betty Burnheimer of Brownstown; Kay Spain of St. Elmo; sisters, Ruth Buchanan of Pekin; Gladys Ellison of Peoria; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren.

Two brothers, one grandchild and one great-grandchild preceded her in death. Honderich MARSHALL Rev. Lester B. Honderich, 81, of Marshall died 7:40 a.m. Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Cork Medical Center, Marshall.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in Trinity United Methodist Church, Marshall, with visitation after 4 p.m. Thursday in Pearce Funeral Home, Marshall, and after 12:30 p.m. Friday in the church. Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery: Rev.

Honderich was born in Clark County, son of Abie and Amanda Honderich. He was a retired Evangelical United Bretheran Church minister. He served in Chicago, Charleston, Decatur, Adair, Lostant, Terre Haute, Ind. and churches in Oklahoma. He was a World War II Army chaplain and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Marshall.

Moore was born in Decatur, son of Jesse Clyde and Polly Austin Moore. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and retired from the Navy Reserves. He married Angel-ine Longo in 1944. Surviving are his wife; sons, Paul Michael and Timothy, all of Racine; daughter, Patricia Lindgren of Roswell, brothers, Donald of Eckles Clarence E. Eckles, 77, of Decatur, formerly of Cowden, died 1:20 a.m.

Tuesday (May 20, 1986) in Von-derlieth Living Center, Mount Pulaski. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Lockart Sons Funeral Home, Cowden, with visitation one hour before services. Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. Memorials: Vonderlieth Living Center.

Mr. Eckles was born in Sullivan, son of Jefferson and Mae Eckles. He was a retired meat cutter for Vilm-ure's Supermarket, Decatur, and a member of Cowden Christian Church. He married Bessie Cochran in 1926.. She died in 1981.

Surviving are his son, Robert Eckles of Decatur; daughter, Alice Jones of Independence, brother, Marvin Eckles of Pasadena, seven grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren. One sister preceded him in death. Lambert Leonard E. Lambert, 73, of 1460 Wellington Way died 7:01 p.m. Monday (May 19, 1986) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
