Surviving are her sister-in-law, Fae Hodges of Stonington; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Otis, Earl, Matt, Howard, Frank, Homer and Vern Hodges; and sisters, OUie Elsie Renfrow and Amy Mildred Townsend. Weir CASEY Charles D. Sunday. Burial will be in Howe Cemetery, Shelbyville. Mr. Smith was born June 25, 1908, in Shelby County, the son of Charles and Amy Smith Smith. He was a retired construction worker and farmer and was the greens keeper at Shelby Country Club for 20 years.

He attended the Mode United Methodist Church. He married Mildred E. Thompson on Sept. 7, 1932. She preceded him in death Feb.

20, 1998. Surviving are his sons, Clifford D. Smith and wife Joanne of Nachusa; James A. Smith and wife Jayne of Shelbyville; foster son, Don Whitlow and wife Marilyn of Moweaqua; sisters, Ruth Sader of Rockford; Margaret Forcum of Mode; grandchildren, Bryan, Craig, Bradley, Morgan, Brett and Sarah Smith and Becky Whit-low; great-grandchildren, Loren, Andrew, Isabelle, Taka Abe, Hiro Abe and Scott Smith. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville. Visitation will be one hour before services. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville. Roy was born May 5, 1919, the son of Frank and Irene Barry Dunlap.

Mr. Dunlap was a retired farmer. He married Marcella Prasun on Dec. 27, 1944, in Taylorville. Surviving are his wife; daughter, Marietta and husband Gary Welge of Lakeshore, granddaughter, Susan Faulwell of Roswell, sister, Gertrude Deutschman of Taylorville.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements by: J.J. Moran Sons Funeral Home. Stevie was born Aug. 31, 1957, in Decatur, the son of Robert and Lillie Walker Neal.

He graduated from Eisenhower High School and worked for a short period at Wagner Castings Co. He attended the Church of the Living God PGT Temple 3. A very strong man, Stevie fought a long and hard battle with kidney failure for 20 years. He leaves not to mourn, but to cherish fond memories, his one and only daughter, Angel (Juan) White of Decatur; mother; sisters, Dorothy Mae Donelson and Wanda (Antoine) Dotson, all of Decatur; brothers, Robert (Lisa) Neal Curtis Neal, Wallace Neal and Gary Neal, all of Decatur; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

The family would like to give special thanks and appreciation to the Kidney Dialysis Center on Wood and McKinley streets, the staff on 5B and 2E at Springfield Memorial Medical Center and the nephrolo-gists, Dr. Mitra, Dr. Meta, Dr. Tamis, Dr. Kha and Dr.

Foley, 81, of Decatur died Wednesday (Feb. 5, 2003). Private graveside services were held in Graceland Cemetery with military rites by the Macon County Honor Guard. There was no visitation. GracelandFairlawn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Memorials: Decatur Memorial Hospital Home Health Care or Provena Covenant Hospice Program, 1400 West Park Urbana, IL 61801. Mr. Foley was born Feb. 1, 1922, in Potomac, the son of R.B. and Bertha Hatfield Foley.

Mr. Foley served in the Navy during World War II and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. Following his discharge, he attended the University of Illinois, where he majored in finance. He also attended Eastern Illinois University, where he graduated with a bachelor of arts degree. He completed a course in urban land economics and was awarded a certificate of real estate from the University of Tennessee.

He retired from Illinois Power where he was employed as a real estate specialist. He married Amy R. Child on Aug. 30, 1960. Surviving are his son, Ken Foley Jr.

of St. Joseph; daughter, Debra Horn of St. Joseph; sister, Mary Elkins of Hurst, Texas; brother, Robert of Virginia Beach, three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers and one sister. Shull DECATUR Aundrea Fae Shull, 13, Decatur, died Thursday (Feb.

6, 2003). Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Homes, Decatur.

Eaton DECATUR Ruth Marie Eaton, 77, of Decatur died 9:36 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 6, 2003) in St. Mary's Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m.

Monday in the Second Church of God. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Dawson Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home. Burial will be in Ruth Eaton Graceland Cemetery. Memorials: Second Church of God Building Fund or American Heart Association.

Mrs. Eaton was born Feb. 13, 1925, in Decatur, the daughter of Hershel A. and Lelia Richardson Wright. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Second Church of God. She married Allan H. Eaton on Nov. 24, 1946. Surviving are her husband; daughter, Deborah A.

Kuntz and husband Daniel of Brim-field; son, Budd Eaton and wife Shelly of Decatur; sister, Pearl Everett of Decatur; grandchildren, Matthew J. Kuntz of Brimfield; Ryan Kreke of Decatur; B.J. Eaton of Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one grandson. Williams DECATUR Martha Ann Williams, 89, of Decatur died 8:26 a.m.

Friday (Feb. 7, 2003) in Fair Havens Christian Home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Fairlawn Cemetery. Dawson Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials: Fair Havens Christian Home or Frieden's Chapel, 1060 Chambers Road, St. Louis, MO 63137. Martha Ann was born June 29, 1913, in Decatur, the daughter of Fred W. and Marie Novak Jesek. She moved to St.

Louis as a young adult and resided there for more than 60 years. She was a longtime member of Webster Groves Chapter 64 Order of the Eastern Star for more than 60 years. In her later years, she moved back to Decatur to be near her family. She married L. Austyn Williams on June 14, 1939.

He preceded her in death Aug. 2, 1982. Surviving are her nieces, Carolyn Jackson and Dr. Sheila Jesek-Hale; nephew, Dr. Warren Jesek; sister-in-law, Merilyn Jesek; several cousins; dear friend, Venita Mueller of St.

Louis. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Alber Jesek; and sister, Helen Zientara. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Fair Havens Christian Home, who took such loving care of Martha Ann for the past several years.
