Three Killed, 11 Hurt In Blast BUCHAREST, Roumanla. Nov. 2g. (UP) Three persons were killed and 11 wounded last night when a bomb exploded during the performance of a Jewish troupe in a theater at Timishoara in Trans sylvania. Eager said today his Investigation of the escape of three convicts over the wall of the Arizona state prison Saturday indicated several others were involved but had fled to their quarters when the shooting began.

The warden said he was convinced other prisoners had intended to Join the dash to the wall but the alertness of guards prevented a wholesale delivery. Search for Dewey Thurlo. last of the three who escaped to remain at large, was ordered stopped when a posse of guards and bloodhounds found no trace of him. He died Saturday at Stanford hospital following a long Illness. Santa Ana Poles Killed In Czech Clash WARSAW, Nov. 28. (UP) At least three Polish soldiers were killed and number wounded in a clash between Polish and Cuech troops marking the occupation of the Javorina district of Slovakia by Poland, it wss announced today. M. Grlego, 1128 West Sec ond, told Santa Ana police today he was kidnaped from his home yesterday and beaten up by two mn and a woman near Third andt Garfield streets. Grlego alleged th who attacked him Included Josephine Griego; his daugh ter in law; Tony Cano, brother of Mrs. Griego, and Cano's friend, Gilbert Garcia, all of Los Angeles. The elder Grlego said he was willing to sign a complaint against the An gelenns.

Grand Jury Action Stirs New Interest With tumors current' that the county grand jury today may take official notice of the district attorney's action in dismissing pamphlet conspiracy charges In the "Fools Rush In" case, official circles awaited with interest the scheduled weekly session of the grand Jury late today. The grand jury was understood to have had its own report on the pamphlet prepared prior to the election November 8, only to decide against filing the report just before the election because of possible political effect.

The grand jury had returned no Indictments in the case. Made Three Arrests A few days prior to election, the district attorney's office made three arrests in the case, u. ts. McKelvey, suspended deputy sher iff; Charles Ott and J. Malcolm Green Of Santa Ana.

Green and Ott were dismissed at the preliminary hearing. McKelvey being held to answer with two other de fendants, Robert Elliott and Eddie Taylor. In moving for dismissal of the latter three last Friday, District Attorney W. F. Menton intimated that politics was besind the case.

"This caae has served its political purpose" be said, basing his motion for dismissal on th" ground that sufficient 'evidence waa lacking. Judge Allen 111, Trial Postponed The Charles Calhoun murder trial, scheduled, to be resumed today in superior court after a week end recess, was tentatively postponed to Wednesday, because of Judge James L. Allen's illness. An attack of flu was said to have Drevented Judge Allen from resuming the case today. Meanwhile, Judge Robert Mcln tosh of Sierra county, was here to hold court for a week, though not being permitted to substitute for Judge Allen in a trial already started.

(UP) Sir Oswald Mosley, British Fascist leader, and Diana Freeman Mit ford were married almost a year ago, it was reveaiea loaay. auuu Hitler was the best man, Mrs. Mosley Is a sister of Unity Freeman Mitford, a friend of Hitler, whom Hitler calls "the ideal Nordic." It was the 28 year old bride's second, marriage. She divorced Bryan Waiter Guineas, son and heir of Baron Moyne, of the fam out brewing family, in 1934. They had two sons. Aid Rushed To Trapped Hunters BANGOR, Nov. State troopers and volunteers rushed food by plane and truck to 10 hunters trapped by blizzards deep in the Maine woods today.

A truck crew plowed and shoveled to Mopang Lake with food this morning, and at dawn a plow and three army trucks, bucking seven foot drifts, were within 20 miles of Eagle Lake. Most of the strand ed hunters, Including several worn en, were camped In tents, trailers and cottages in these areas. The nationwide emergency campaign waa begun after reports from London that Great Britain was giving serious consideration to the Palestine settlement plan.
