We have also lost three ten.sor lamps within a year of purchase Our light bulbs flash and pop when they go out The builders says It's not our wu-ing Edison says our voltage is within safe limits What can we Mrs Los Angeles A have a problem with nvgiag or vaefllatiBg voltage from the electric power line.
