Prof. Raymond Schwegler of the Kansas University delivered an address at the chapel hour yesterday morning, which was listened to with close-attention. It was mainly devoted 'to telling the teachers how they should instruct their pupils in taking care of themselves in case of a future war.

The points brought out in the recent World War were dwelt on. To Visit Today. All the teachers atf'ng the institute are to visit the Federal penitentiary this afternoon. Warden Anderson has kindly arranged to have them shown through and for a prison band concert in thefr honor between 5 and 6 o'clock.
